CoM approves amendments to BiH Constitution, says they should be defined more precisely
| BHT1– The BiH Council of Ministers endorsed the positive stance given by the Justice Ministry thus supporting the proposed amendments to the BiH Constitution. Following the session on Monday, the CoM stated that it was aware proposed set of amendments was only a part of the political agreement and have insisted that competent BiH institutions intensify work on preparing legislation that would ensure the full implementation of the agreement. CoM further concluded that the “amendments contain certain imprecision and shortcomings in terms of form” thus concluding that amendments must be more precise. | RTRS – RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik on Monday ordered a removal of the RS Assistant Minister for Road Traffic and Road Miroslav Cicic for taking “racket” from one transporter. The transporter approached Dodik outside the Government building on Monday and told him that he has been paying “racket” for five years to Cicic for receiving a licence for international transport. Cicic has been immediately removed from duty. Dodik urged citizens to turn in all those taking “racket” and who are still in the Government. Cicic said that did not get written notice but he did leave the Government’s building. “Everything can be checked, nothing is disputable. I am saying that it is not true”, said Cicic.
