The RSNA is meeting today to vote on the agreement on police reform. Time has all but run out. If today delegates fail to vote in favour of an agreement on police reform that meets the EU's three principles the chances of BiH signing a Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU by the end of the year will have disappeared.

I have called this press conference this morning to highlight - what I think most of you have clearly understood and I pay tribute to you all, those who have been involved in this - an abuse of power that far too many politicians in this country have used to help their political allies and friends. An abuse, if you like, of the legal system.

In a letter yesterday to the Federation President Niko Lozancic the OHR’s Principle Deputy High Representative, Larry Butler, expressed the OHR concerns over the additional documentation OHR has received concerning the grounds on which Mr Lozancic granted a Pardon to his former party colleague Miroslav Prce.
