Banja Luka Airport to Reopen
There will be an opening ceremony and press briefing at Banja Luka Airport at 1200 on Tuesday 18 November 1997, where the Bosnia and Herzegovina Department of Civil Aviation (BH DCA) will issue a provisional Airport Opening Certificate. This will authorise the airport to conduct commercial air carrier services.

Brcko Supervisor Condemns Serb Radio Brcko Broadcast of Statement Calling for Arrests of Municipal Counselors
Supervisor for Brcko Robert W. Farrand condemns the Serb Radio Brcko broadcast November 12 of a public statement issued jointly by the Association of War Veterans and other organizations. The statement lists names of elected counselors of the Brcko Municipal Assembly and calls for their arrest as war criminals.

Sabotage of Transmitter Site
This afternoon SFOR at the request of the Office of the High Representative mounted an operation to inspect the transmitter site at Veliki Zep near Han Piesak. On arrival at the site and following a technical inspection they discovered that the transmitter had been tampered with and vital parts removed.
