Dok ovo pišem, u Ujedinjenim nacijama i nekolicini prijestonica na obje strane Atlantika odvijaju se intenzivni diplomatski razgovori s ciljem otklanjanja kritične prepreke daljem toku mirovne operacije međunarodne zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini.
