Thank you for coming here today. We have had useful discussions both yesterday and today. Today, the PIC Steering Board was joined by leaders of all political parties represented in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Prime Minister Adnan Terzic and his EU integration team.

As you know, the Peace Implementation Council Political Directors are meeting today and tomorrow in Brussels, under the chairmanship of the High Representative and EU Special Representative, Christian Schwarz-Schilling.

The High Representative and EU Special Representative Christian Schwarz-Schilling is in Germany on a short visit in advance of next week’s meeting of the Peace Implementation Council. Mr Schwarz-Schilling is currently attending the party conference of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), the party of which he is a member, in Dresden.
