As the designated final authority regarding interpretation of the civilian aspects of the Peace Agreement, the Legal Department of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) recently prepared an opinion on the question whether or not property legislation applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina is in compliance with the Dayton Peace Agreement.

For the second week in a row, Republika Srpska Prime Minister Gojko Klickovic failed to turn up at the meeting of the Joint Interim Commission this afternoon. This was in spite of explicit undertakings to come and in spite of the time and place of the meeting being agreed.
