A referendum in the RS is an anti-Dayton act that spreads fear and represents an unnecessary expense in order to get an already known answer, Raffi Gregorian, Principal Deputy High Representative of the international community to BiH, assessed.

High Representative’s Decisions must be respected and implemented. This is a question of adherence to Dayton and resolutions of the UN Security Council. I am especially surprised that they are disputing a Decision concerning cooperation with ICTY. This cooperation must be demonstrated with actions, including compliance with Dayton.

All BiH political leaders agreed at Butmir to continue with the talks, which is good news for me. It was only in this meeting that the International Community put on the table concrete documents on constitutional change and property.

There is no need to apologise to anyone; because what I said in the interview I gave two months ago was not meant to offend anyone.
