Visoki predstavnik Carlos Westendorp je donio odluku da za tri mjeseca produži rok od 4. travnja za podnošenje zahtjeva za povrat stanarskog prava na stanove u društvenom vlasništvu u Federaciji. Novi krajnji rok je 4. srpnja 1999. godine.
