Decision revoking the Decision of 5 November 1998

In accordance with my authority under Annex 10 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Article XI of the Conclusions of the Peace Implementation Council held in Bonn on 10 December 1997, I hereby

to revoke my Decision of 5 November 1998, which suspended the application of certain provisions of the Law on Cessation of Application of the Law on Abandoned Apartments (Official Gazette of FBiH No. 11/98) and the Law on Sale of Apartments with Occupancy Right (Official Gazette of FBiH No. 27/97).
