HR Inzko addresses students of Vienna Diplomatic Academy

High Representative Valentin Inzko addressed a group of postgraduate students of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna who are paying a study visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The High Representative is himself a graduate of this prestigious school.
