Ambassador Bill Farrand, Supervisor for Brcko, is undergoing surgery in the United States. High Representative Carlos Westendorp has appointed Mr. Ian McLeod, Deputy to the Supervisor, to act in Ambassador Farrand’s stead during the Supervisor’s absence.
Ambassador Farrand will return to Brcko to resume his position as the Supervisor.
