The following conditions apply:

The vehicles can be viewed on 1st  April 2003, at the OHR Transport facility located at Zmaja od Bosne 13, from 9:00 until 17:00 hours.

Potential bidders, individuals only, will be asked to supply identification at the time of viewing.

All vehicles will be sold ‘AS IS’, in current condition without guarantee or warranty. All costs relating to transfer of ownership including re-registration, transport, repair and/or export shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Diplomatic registration plates cannot be transferred.

OHR shall accept no liability arising from the use of these vehicles after sale.

Bids must be received in a sealed envelope no later than 17:00 hours, 3rd April 2003 and include the following information:

  • Name, telephone number and address of Bidder
  • Lot number and offered price.

Separate bids must be submitted for each lot. Envelopes must be marked with reference number Renault/03/2003, name of the bidder and lot number and submitted to the following address: OHR Procurement Section, Emerika Bluma 1, 71000 Sarajevo, BiH.

Bids will be opened and reviewed on 4th April 2003 by a panel of OHR officers, customs agent and customs officer.The sale will be awarded to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will be notified by telephone on Monday, 7th April 2003, and will be given 72 hours to pay for and pick up the vehicles from the time of notification.

All payments are to be made before the pick-up at which time the successful buyer will be required to sign a transfer of ownership document. OHR will not store vehicles after payment.

Award will be withdrawn if this or any condition stated herein is not met and award will go to the next highest bidder.

OHR reserves the right to end the bidding without sale.
