The Yugoslav President, Vojislav Kostunica will consult representatives of the Montenegrin SNP and the Serbian democratic opposition on forming of a new Federal Government tomorrow.

The UN announced that Yasser Arafat and Ehud Barac agreed to attend the Summit on Near East, which will take place in Egypt.

Palestinians in the West Coast protested against the Summit.

Kidnappers of the Saudi Arabian plane surrendered to local authorities in Baghdad.

The Parliamentary elections took place today in Slovenia. Gordana Frimel reported on current world events.

Drvar

About 4000 Serbs returned to Drvar so far. The return is taking place slowly, with numerous difficulties, Milorad Milojevic reported.

Kalesija

A large inter-entity project, realised by the Italian aid agency “Intersos” has been completed this week. The project was a result of excellent co-operation of Kalesija and Osmaci municipalities. “We have to suggest some employment projects, because providing accommodation is not enough for normal life”, the RS Prime Minister, Milorad Dodik said. Reported by Muhamed Berbic.

Bijelo Polje

Returnees in Bijelo Polje are faced with numerous problems. Houses reconstructed by the Italian aid agency “Muovimondo” do not have basic conditions for normal life, Ivan Pavkovic reported.

Banja Luka

According to the poll carried out by the UN, 62% of young people want to leave B&H, because they do not see any perspective for them in the future. Reported by Biljana Arsic.

Another OBN report was broadcast on CNN. The report on young people in B&H, addressing the “Microsoft” owner, Bill Gates for help was produced by Slobodan Maksimovic.

Banja Luka

The Day of the Blind was marked today in the world. Blind people are in a very difficult situation in the RS. Suzana Vukcevic reported on a blind poetess, Borka Tadic from Banja Luka.

The IMC stopped broadcasting of the Bosniac TV this morning. The SDA feels that there was no reason for suspension of broadcasting of this TV station and that this was a direct attack against media freedom in B&H.

Reports on the cycling race “Tour de B&H”, local and international football were presented.
