The Parliamentary elections in Serbia will take place on 17th December. The Federal Prime Minister, Momir Bulatovic resigned last night.

The EU removed oil and flight embargo against FRY. The French Foreign Minister will visit Yugoslavia tomorrow, in order to inform the new President on the decision. Reported by Gordana Frimel.

Banja Luka

The RS Prime Minister, Milorad Dodik supports democratic changes in Yugoslavia, but claims that Milosevic still controls all relevant institutions in the country. Mr. Dodik suggested that removal of sanctions against Yugoslavia should be postponed, Anes Alic reported.

Mostar

The Canton Court of Hercegovacko-Neretvljanski Canton in Mostar received approval from the ICTY for processing charges against 27 Bosniacs for crimes against civilians. Denis Vila produced the report.

The HDZ delegation, led by the party’s Chairman, Ante Jelavic met the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Mostar, Safet Orucevic and Neven Tomic behind closed doors. “We fully support the work of Orucevic and Tomic in Mostar. Their policy is HDZ policy as well”, Mr. Jelavic said after the discussions. Reported by Ines Kajic.

The Chairman of B&H Presidency, Alija Izetbegovic met high officials of the Federal Ministry of Defence and the Federal Army today. Izetbegovic said that he hoped they would continue developing tolerance among people and defending interests of B&H after his resignation as well, Meliha Hasanbegovic reported.

“Implementation of property laws in Bocinja was completed, in accordance with municipal plan of action “, the Head of the Maglaj municipality, Mehmed Bradaric said. 138 houses have been returned to their pre-war owners, Mirna Sadikovic reported.

Devastation of flats and stealing of property during evictions is very frequent. Mirjana Horvat, an invalid who cannot move properly returned to her devastated flat recently. Former inhabitants left several bags with trash in the flat. Reported by Damir Kaletovic.
