OHR spokesman Oleg Milisic commented on RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik’s 4 October request addressed to High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch concerning amendments and supplements to the Law on Privatization. Milisic said that Petritsch supports the purchase of apartments but added it must be done in an undiscriminating and fiscally correct framework. Milisic said the imposition of this law has not been excluded and the law, which is very important for the RS, should be put into effect as soon as possible.
