President Plavsic spoke in BL with the American and French Ambassadors in BiH. After a two hour meeting behind closed doors, Ambassador Kauzlarich stated that they talked about implementation of the DA, with special emphasis on the reconstruction of police forces in RS and IC help in doing this. Also, the possibility of reconstruction of judicial administration was discussed. Kauzlarich said that all of this was in the context of the USA’s wish to support those who support the DA.
President Plavsic spoke also with French Ambassador Yves Gaudeul. After the meeting there were no statements or announcements to the public. But it is being assumed that they discussed, for the most part, the forthcoming conference in Bonn.

The Association of Detainees from 1991 informed the “Tanjug” agency today that two years ago the Hague Tribunal Prosecutor at that time, Richard Goldstone, was informed about the killing of Serbs in SA. But that Court did not bring any charges against the perpetrators or those responsible within the Moslem leadership. That is why, allegedly sensational discoveries by SA independent newspapers, that the top leadership of the Moslem authorities new about it, seem cynical because they are 2 years old, it was said by the Association of the Detainees from 1991.
Alija Izetbegovic, in a statement for the Italian newspaper “Republica”, reduced the number of the victims and claimed that the Moslem soldiers might have no more than 100 dead on their conscience. The newspaper quotes Izetbegovic’s as saying that it was not important how many people were killed. According to the “Koran”, the murder of one person is the same as a crime against the whole of mankind.
