They made a joint report, saying that they accept Farrand's proposal regarding the above, and suggested to the returnees to accept the RS I.D's until a final decision on Brcko is made.

21 July 1997, 19:30 Mostar - Beginning from midnight today, the Joint Police will patrol in Mostar. Dressed in unique uniforms, Bosniaks and Croat policemen are deployed in the whole city - east and west. The process of setting up the Joint Police started in the central city's zone and went ahead in all six municipalities.
