FENA - This morning, NATO detained Dusan Tesic, an alleged PIFWC supporter, for questioning with regard to activities contrary to the Dayton Peace Agreement. Tesic is being held at a secure facility for further investigation into his PIFWC links.

RHB at 12.00 - British Deputy Foreign Minister Denis McShane supports the actions taken by the HR last week. He underlined that the measures were designed to uphold the Dayton in the face of systematic non-compliance by RS with their obligations to cooperate with the ICTY, and not about the abolition of RS or imposing changes to the Constitution.
