FENA - This morning, NATO detained Dusan Tesic, an alleged PIFWC supporter, for questioning with regard to activities contrary to the Dayton Peace Agreement. Tesic is being held at a secure facility for further investigation into his PIFWC links.

RHB at 12.00 - British Deputy Foreign Minister Denis McShane supports the actions taken by the HR last week. He underlined that the measures were designed to uphold the Dayton in the face of systematic non-compliance by RS with their obligations to cooperate with the ICTY, and not about the abolition of RS or imposing changes to the Constitution.

BH Radio 1, RTRS, RHB at 12.00 - The BiH House of Representatives is holding its session in Sarajevo. The House requested CoM Chairman Adnan Terzic to prepare a report on status of ongoing reforms following recent resignations by certain Ministers. Onasa, Dec 16 – Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic must be tried in The Hague, Washington’s special war crimes envoy Pierre-Richard Prosper said today. The US position is unchanged, Prosper told media, adding that reports of an offer for Karadzic and Mladic to be tried in Serbia were completely untrue.
