RTRS - The BiH House of Representatives is today discussing the proposed amendments to the BiH Constitution, proposed by BiH Presidency. RTRS reporter from the session says that the proposal of delegate Muhamed Morancic from BOSS was not accepted (that discussion on constitutional changes should be postponed for the period after elections).
