RHB, BH Radio 1, RS Radio - HR Paddy Ashdown hands over duty to new HR Christian Schwarz-Schilling at OHR premisesin Sarajevo today. The ceremony started at 1200. RHB also announced that Schwarz-Schilling will address BiH citizens through main broadcasters tonight.

RTRS by Milan Trbojevic – At the session held on Thursday in Banja Luka, RS National Assembly decided to cast no-confidence vote to the RS Government. The initiative originally filed by SNSD was supported by 44 parliamentarians, 29 were against it and 6 abstained from voting.

SRNA - Special session of RS National Assembly, during which the vote of no confidence to the RS Government should be cast, has started at 12.30 in Banja Luka. BH Radio 1 by Gordan Milosevic- Reporter says that prior to the session, both sides – SNSD who initiated the discussion and SDS - claimed to have majority.

RTRS - The first round of SAA talks between BiH and EU has officially commenced in Sarajevo this morning with discussion on introductory sections of this document, that define sorts of cooperation. Igor Davidovic, BH chief negotiator stated before start of talks that the first official meeting would be of working nature.
