24 November 97, 19:30 Sarajevo - One of the more important decisions at the Permanent Military Committee session which convened today, was a conclusion to sign an Agreement against the use of mines. Council members further discussed a suggestion to grant amnesty for all those who illegally keep arms in order to urge them to give them back.

23 November 97, 19:30 At exactly 1600 hours the polling stations closed today, except those in Brcko, due to the large voters queues. This ended the two day extraordinary parliamentary elections in RS. Due to very low voters interest, a prolongation was requested for the polling station working hours.

21 November 97, 19:30 Sarajevo - After the session of the BiH Presidency, CoM Co-chairman Silajdzic said that the Croatian proposal on special relations was not accepted, because it is in discordance with DPA. Silajdzic added that DPA has a constitution/legal articles upon which special relations may be established.

20 November 97, 19:30 Sarajevo - Before the election silence, BiH President Izetbegovic addressed to the people: "Dear citizens of BiH, the Parliament elections in RS will be held on Saturday and Sunday, November 21 and 22. Hereby, I would like to ask you to vote in these elections, and to give your vote for the parties of Bosnian orientation.
