The SCMM's main aim is to stabilise the situation and find a solution for overcoming conflicts if they occur.

According to unofficial OSCE information, 89 per cent of the 2,5 million registered voters cast votes in the communities where they lived before 1991.

This morning, Acting President of the SDS, Buha also voted, and said that he had mixed feelings - satisfaction, because the RS has its local elections for the first time, and bitterness, because a lot of people did not succeed to exercise their democratic right.
