Hayat- The BiH Constitutional Court (BiH CC) ordered the FBiH Parliament and the RS National Assembly to harmonize the RS’ coat of arms and anthem and the FBiH’s flag and coat of arms with the BiH Constitution within 60 days from the day of publishing this decision in the BiH Official Gazette.

BHT 1 Report by M. Cosic – The Constitutional-Legal Commission with the BiH House of Representatives established that there is a constitutional-legal ground for debating amendments to the BiH Constitution. The public debate on amendments to the BiH constitution will last about fifteen days.

RHB - A two-day BiH Constitutional Court’s session takes place at Pahuljica Hotel at Vlasic mountain. Among the other things, they would discuss constitutionality of certain Articles of the Law on the FBiH coat of arms and flag and the Law on the flag, coat of arms and anthem of the RS.

BH Radio 1, RTRS - At today’s special session in Banja Luka, the RS NA has adopted Law on changes and addenda to the Law on budget system. The adopted Law has harmonized the previous Law with the tax reform in RS.

RTRS - At the EUFOR base bear Banja Luka, the meeting between Carla del Ponte, ICTY Chief Prosecutor, Milorad Dodik, RS Premier, and Stanislav Cadjo, RS Interior Minister, ended. PM Dodik gave statement to the press after the meeting, stressing RS Government readiness to fulfil duties towards ICTY.

BH Radio 1 - Members of HVIDRA [Association of Croat veterans and disabled veterans] protest in the front of FBiH Government building in Mostar, for the inter-state agreement on rights of HVO victims and members of their families between BiH and Croatia has not been ratified.

RHB - HDZ President Dragan Covic stated that he was certain that in spite of the campaign run by those who are against the constitutional changes, the changes would get the support of majority in the BiH Parliament.

RTRS by Marina Marjanovic – The RS National Assembly adopted on Friday the Declaration that rejects the initiative of BiH Presidency member Sulejman Tihic before the BiH Constitutional Court, regarding the request for assessing the constitutionality of the RS symbols.

RTRS - The RS MP’s have today resumed session with discussion on activities of Team of representatives of the RS NA in the procedure before BH Constitutional Court, following demand file by Sulejman Tihic, member to BiH Presidency,regarding examination of constitutionality of RS flag, coat-of-arms and hymn.
