11 April 1997, 19:30 Brcko - HR Bildt and Brcko Supervisor Farrand officially opened the OHR North branch in Brcko. Upon their arrival, Farrand and Bildt met the Brcko authorities, representatives of international organisations and three different national and religious groups.

Sarajevo - Session of the Council of Ministers - Athough the session lasted for five hours, the most important items of the agenda were not dicussed. Adoption of the budget and Budget Execution Law was postponed for the extraordinary session on Tuesday because the members of the Council of Ministers received the working materials late.

7 April 1997, 19:30 In a bus attack which happened this morning in Han Derventa, near Sarajevo on the Serb controlled territory, three men were injured. Two unidentified men hijacked the bus while it was stopped while the drivers were fitting tire chains.
