14th February 1997, 19:30 Brcko decision - Brcko will go under international control, whereas the final decision will be made in March next year. BiH TV read all the rules from the arbitration decision which should be followed by both parties (Annex 2).

13th February 1997, 19:30 Brcko - President Izetbegovic talked by phone with US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright this evening and then met HR Bildt who came back to Sarajevo. It seems that there have been some changes regarding the final decision because of the Society Brcko Brcacima (Brcko to Brcko people) requests.

12th February 1997, 19:30 Mostar - According to Federal Ministry of interior, another 6 families were expelled from west Mostar last night. Bosniak and Croat side should have agreed on return of Bosniaks, but failed because the Croat side could not guarantee safety for returnees.
