Request For Proposal – Audit Services

The Office of the High Representative (OHR) solicits proposals for professional audit services. The OHR anticipates multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts that employ task orders to specify forensic audit, financial reviews, and related work.

The preferred method of distributing the Request For Proposal (RFP) is via the INTERNET. The INTERNET address is https://ohr.demo.ba/tender.html. RFP receipt via the INTERNET must be confirmed in writing to Mr. Miroslav Lazic, OHR, Emerika Bluma 1, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. 50 RFP “hard copies” are available on a “first come first serve” basis. Interested organizations may request the RFP in person at OHR Sarajevo or by writing Mr. Lazic at the above address and including a self-addressed mailing label. Mr. Lazic will also honor telephone and email requests. To expedite mail delivery, organizations should provide a self-addressed express mail envelope. Other RFP requests will be mailed through the government postal service in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
