STATEMENT

I can now give the green light for the Donors-Pledging Conference in Brussels on 12-13 April.

I welcome the fact that the Federation authorities have complied with their obligations as regards the release of prisoniers of war.

On my return to Sarajevo on 9 April, I will assess urgently the extent of compliance by the Republika Srpska.
