The Supervisor of Brcko, Robert W. Farrand, issued yesterday, 13 April 2000, an Order regulating the Financial System of the Brcko District. The purpose of this Order is to ensure that the District has full control of its own finances. The Supervisory Order has been sent today, 14 April 2000, to the relevant authorities in the Brcko District, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska.
