Office of the High Representative invites marketing agencies to submit bids for the following:

TV Media Buying

Broadcasting of two TV spots which promote arrival of EUFOR, duration of 30 seconds at prime times on:

TV spot No. 1 – broadcasting: from Tuesday 18 November until Wednesday 1 December 2004 (including Wednesday 1 December 2004)

TV spot No. 2 – broadcasting: from Monday 6 December until Sunday 19 December 2004 (including Sunday 19 December 2004)

The Agency should deliver proposal for broadcasting schedule and budget for each stated station, as per Excel file enclosed here.

Budget for TV Media Buying is: 78,000 KM.

Bids will be reviewed based on number and time of broadcasting on each TV station.

Bids should be delivered in sealed envelope marked “EUFOR Media Buying” latest by Monday, 5 November 2004 at 15:00 hours at the following address:
