The Office of the High Representative will sell following vehicles, Vehicle lift, Repair/Wheel Balancing Machine and Land Rover spare parts by process of sealed bid auction, ref. no WO/02/2006. Goods to be sold are as follows:

Following conditions apply:

Viewing of goods will be held on 30 May 2006, at the OHR Transport Facility located at Radomira Putnika 106, Istocno Sarajevo from 9:00 until 17:00 hours.

Potential bidders will be asked to supply identification at the time of viewing.

All goods will be sold ‘AS IS’, in current condition without guarantee or warranty. All costs relating to transfer of ownership including those re-registration, transport, repair and /or export shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Diplomatic registration plates cannot be transferred. Vehicle lift, Repair/Wheel Balancing Machine and Land Rover spare parts can be purchased only to legal entity.

OHR shall accept no liability arising from the use of these goods after sale.

Bids on attached form must be received in a sealed envelope no later than 17:00 hours, 01 June 2006. Bids not submitted on this form will not be considered. Form is also available in OHR offices.

Envelopes must be marked with reference number WO/02/2006, and submitted to the following address: OHR Logistics Section, Emerika Bluma 1, 71000 Sarajevo , BiH.

Bids will be opened and reviewed on 02 June 2006 by a panel of OHR and Customs officers. The sale will be awarded to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will be notified by telephone and given 72 hours to pay for and pick up the vehicles from time of notification. All payments are to be made by bank transfer before the pick-up at which time the successful buyer will be required to sign a transfer of ownership document. OHR will not store goods after payment.

Award will be withdrawn if this or any condition stated herein is not met and award will go to the next highest bidder.

OHR reserves the right to end the bidding without sale.
